I think the first 4 numbers on back of ticket have to be 1426 or higher now. Check the FAQ on the app.
What happened to the daily prize game in the new York lottery extended play

Completely clear the debris from the barcode. Center the barcode in the camera. Scan straight down on the barcode at 2 and a half to 3 inches above it and slowly move the camera forward and backward slightly (which would be above the barcode then below the barcode).

How would you rate this application?
Starts off good when the prizes are structused depending on your diamonds earned. After that it goes to a prize wheel that is ridiculously rigged, even though only 2 of the 8 prizes on the wheel are free spins(which are worthless) you land on them 75% of the time as opposed to the 25% which are the odds. If you do win a prize the 1st will be 5 dollar free ticket then 1 or 2 if lucky after that. It really is sad that the wheel is so blatantly fixed.

You can scan any losing ticket to play, not just the second chance tickets. The higher priced tickets seem to give you more diamonds. I won almost $30 in free scratch off tickets in less then 2 weeks.
